I personally feel that you deserve to enjoy your home buying and selling experiences. You know what? Forget enjoying it. You deserve to be wow’d! And, you deserve to have your broker as invested in your property as you. In fact, MORE than you.  

I believe in selling solutions. There’s a reason you're looking for your next home; something has changed or just isn’t working any longer. Perhaps it’s location, square footage, your budget has changed, or maybe you’re just looking for a new home to remodel. Whatever your reason for making a change in address, I ask the right questions to understand what you and your family are looking to gain and achieve in your home. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and sometimes side-tracked in the process but I’m committed to keeping us on track and never losing site of your goals and why you started looking to buy or sell in the first place. 

Specialized boutique-style service is what you’ll get when we work together. Think of me as your realty boutique inside the large department store. I may work for a large, globally known company but in my shop - you’ll get the most detailed, individual attention with follow up and follow through to the max!

It is crucial that your broker be intimately familiar with the area you’re considering for your next home. As a Lake Forest resident, my family eats, sleeps, and breathes our North Shore community.

I’m experienced.

So thankful for my clients by helping me attain President's Circle! This is a pretty big deal for me because there are many brokers on the North Shore. In a short time, I’ve experienced all types of transactions with some interesting twists. Basically I’ve become great with expecting the unexpected and providing the highest level of service to my clients.

And not only am I experienced as a broker, but also as a consumer. My family has moved multiple times due to corporate relocations. I’ve had quite a bit of experience as a consumer wishing I had more knowledge about the area we were buying. It is so incredibly important to me that you love, love, love your new home and feel completely confident you made the right choice.

No matter the price of the property or monthly rental rate, it is still the place you’ll call home. And I can’t think of any more important transaction than that. Every transaction receives the same level of attention and commitment to getting it right.

We’ve all read how buying or selling a home is one of the top five most stressful events in one’s life. It doesn’t have to be. We’ll go through a lot together and it just so happens that we become confidants of one another. Corny but true. #friendsforlife

Crazy about the numbers and information.

By now you get the sense that I’m a bit of a softy. But do you know what’s also great for you? I’m a number nut. I analyze the market upside down and sideways and haven’t been wrong yet about what price a house will fetch. Just ask my clients! And when I want information, I want information…STAT! I’ve recently invested in my website and worked with a great designer to capture exactly what I would want to see as a consumer in a website; valuable, no-nonsense, tons of resources, easy to access information in the click of a button.
